Alaska Baby Photographers – Anchorage Children’s Portraits – Seriously Funny

Had a fun time at museum with a wonderful portrait session of mother & her baby. I just loved his so serious expressions: ”Why so serious?” He had such serious expressions it made me smile! He definitely seemed tired during this child portrait session, which is common with young ones. But from an artistic perspective, it made the photos such a nice contrast with each other & so many smiling baby photos I’ve taken. Don’t get me wrong – I love smiling babies! But this guys’ serious expressions make his smiles all the bigger! Which of course, he had some great smiles in his children’s portraits session too! =)

Alaska Baby & Maternity Photography – Anchorage Museum – 9 month old Micah

This was one of my favorite portrait sessions. I love how personable their young ~9 month old Micah was. His expressions are priceless, and the pictures show the joy for life that he has! He loved to stick out his tongue…a lot! My favorite baby photos are the ones of Micah with mom and dad absorbing the love given to him. What a great family! =)

Anchorage Baby, Maternity, & Family Portraits – Anchorage Museum

This was a fun a Anchorage family portrait / maternity photoshoot with a family expecting their 2nd kiddo. We had the family and maternity photoshoot at the Anchorage museum. They had some neat ideas they wanted done, which I incorporated into the ideas I already had. Their daughter was very shy, but such a sweet, cute girl that made the photos so precious. I really liked how warm and friendly they were and wish them the best with their newest little one!

Anchorage Maternity Photographers – Stephen & Danielle – Peter’s Creek, Alaska

Had a fun maternity photography session with my friends Stephen & Danielle. They are about 9 months pregnant and bursting at the seam. =) The sun was blazing this day, so in order to avoid over-contrast, we kept ducking for the shade. I loved how playful and caring they were with each other. You can see how much they love and care for each other in these photos.

Danielle & Stephen are so happy to be having their little man David, expected Mid-July. Coincidentally, our son Shaelom, was born one year ago on July 13th. So might we have a double-dip birthday party on the 13th? Who knows!?
